1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Flight Wiser Claims, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Our Services
Flight Wiser Claims provides administrative and legal assistance to help passengers recover compensation from airlines under relevant air passenger rights regulations. We work on a "No Win, No Fee" basis unless otherwise specified.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your flight and claim.
- Notify us if the airline contacts you directly or makes a payment.
- Grant us necessary authority to act on your behalf with the airline.
4. Fees and Payment
Our standard fee is a percentage of the compensation recovered, which will be deducted before the final payment is sent to you. If we are unsuccessful in recovering compensation, you owe us nothing.
5. Termination
You may terminate our agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, if a settlement has already been offered or reached, our fee remains applicable.
